Cancellation Policy

• Classes are booked and paid for in advance to secure your space. Classes are small and the participants limited to ensure that you have maximum teacher to student time.
• Cancellations of classes by Paisley Pilates will be notified to you by email and text message to the details that you have provided. In the event of a cancellation the blocks are adjusted so you do not lose a class.
• Occasionally a class may be taken by another teacher who will have been trained to the highest standard and follow the ethics and ethos of Paisley Pilates.
• If you are unable to come to class please give as much notice as possible so others may make use of your space to catch up.
• Cancellations to be made via the Mindbody system either using the app or a browser.
• If you cannot make the cancellations on the system please ensure that they are sent to me either by email, Whats App or text message so that they are time stamped.
• The notice period for cancellation to receive a catch up class is 24hrs before class starts. This is an early cancel.
• If a cancellation is received after the 24hr notice period cut off you will not be eligible for a make-up class. This is a late cancel.
• Make up classes are on a first come first served basis, and depend upon spaces being available. There is no guarantee that catch up spaces will be available exactly when you want them so please plan in advance. Please book all catch up/make up classes via Mindbody.
• Make up classes must be taken within 3 months of the date of the class that you (early) cancelled.
• No cash reimbursements.
• Any Prepare pre natal classes that have not been used up by the time baby is born will be valid to use as whole or part payment for transfer onto the Repair post-natal programme (no time limit or expiry).
